Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse published rentals and read listing details without signing in. You’ll need an account to submit an application and track its progress.
What kinds of spaces can I look for?
Start with homes, offices and shops, or use the keyword links to look for studios, clinics, hospitals, classrooms and schools. You can also browse storage and other flexible spaces. Results depend on published listings. Check the permitted use, facilities and any required approvals with the property team before applying.
Does applying reserve the unit?
An application is a request for the property team to review. It does not guarantee approval or reserve a unit. Confirm availability, rental terms and any required payments with the property team.
How do I access my tenant portal?
Log in with the account linked to your tenancy. If your property team sent you an invitation, use that link to set up your access. Your portal shows the leases, bills and documents shared with you.
What emails will kiray send me?
kiray uses email for service messages such as tenant invitations and rental billing or payment updates. These messages relate to your account or tenancy.
Can I list just one house or rental unit?
Yes. Create a personal landlord account to list your house, apartment or small rental unit. You can review applications, add your tenant and manage repair requests without setting up a company workspace.
